AkkuPoint AG takes the protection of personal data seriously. Special attention to privacy is an important concern when processing personal data. AkkuPoint AG is committed to non-disclosure and compliance with the Data Protection Regulation. The www.akkupoint.ch  website may contain links to other providers’ websites, to which this privacy policy does not extend. The responsible authority in the sense of federal protection law is AkkuPoint AG, Durisolstrasse 10, 5612 Villmergen.

 

AkkuPoint AG uses the personal data you have provided only in the context of the customer relationship between you and AkkuPoint AG. No personal data (e.g. e-mail address, name, profile, etc.) of any kind is transmitted or sold in any form to other companies or individuals. To protect your personal data, we also restrict internal access to as few employees as possible.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your respective data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data.

In relation to cookies, we point out that the subscriber’s IP data is stored, as well as that of the buyer, for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator.

In addition, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract processing: company, title, first name, surname, function, department, telephone, e-mail, address, street, postal code, city, country. The data provided by you is required to complete the contract or carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

A data transfer to third parties does not take place, except to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver goods, as well as to our tax consultant in order to fulfill our tax obligations.

After aborting a purchase process, the data stored by us is deleted after six months. In the case of a contract entered into, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (10 years). (The data processing takes place on basis of the legal provisions of the GDPR, Art. 3.2 a) and b).

Upon registration, the customer is notified of the handling of personal data and agrees thereto. Customers registered with AkkuPoint AG receive selected information about AkkuPoint products and services from AkkuPoint AG by e-mail. The customer can respond directly to these e-mails by saying "NO" by e-mail or, alternatively, unsubscribe by telephone or text message via the web shop. In these cases, the user will no longer receive any product and service information from AkkuPoint AG.

In addition, the customer has the right to object at any time to the use of his e-mail address for AkkuPoint AG product and service information. (S)He can do this by e-mail via info@akkupoint.ch or, alternatively, by telephone or text message via the web shop.

 

AkkuPoint AG meets the technical and organizational measures legally required to protect personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation or unauthorized access.

AkkuPoint AG has taken the best possible security precautions for the settlement of online shopping transactions.

The execution of transactions is only possible by entering a valid e-mail address and password combination.

 

We use cookies, small files with configuration information. These help in determining user-specific settings and implementing special user features. We collect no personal information via cookies. If you do not wish to use cookies, you can set up your browser so that it notifies you about setting cookies, and you only permit this in individual cases. All site features may be used without cookies, but some user-defined properties and settings will not then be available.

 

Upon request, the user has the right to obtain free information about his/her personal data stored by AkkuPoint AG. (S)He also has the right to request the correction and deletion of his/her personal data. If data cannot be deleted due to retention requirements, it will be blocked until the expiry of the retention requirement. The user may address all data protection issues to info@akkupoint.ch.

The posts on our site are accessible to everyone. Prior to publication, posts should be checked carefully for information that is not intended for the public. The posts may be recorded in search engines and be accessed worldwide, even without targeted access to this website.
